  • FeeLit is an innovative lighting fixture which is designed to minimize bad experiences or bad trips in psychedelic or hallucinogenic drug users in a controlled environment, with the focus on color, texture, and making the light itself an immersive experience. The use of a variety of fabric textures captivates the touch, the calming music and sounds emerging from the fixture keep your mind on good vibrations, while the color keeps you calm and supports the atmosphere. The many color options, and sounds to choose from allows for users to choose just the right one for them! FeeLit: a lighting fixture which amazes, but also has the ability to calm and soothe one’s psyche.

  • Awear is a transformable, lightweight backpack, which can both be a chair and a bed. It’s structure, which is made up of foam, and hard, but flexible plastic, allows the user to rest on many terrains, including those of hostile architecture. The color choice and organic shape has stress relieving properties, and the fluorescent strip allows minimal illumination, which may be needed in low lit environments. Awear gives people, primarily the unhoused, a tool to reclaim access to spaces that they’ve been unfairly excluded from. Viewing the sidewalk as a public space, hostile architecture has eliminated resting areas from communities without a voice, and this project aims to provide that voice as well as much-needed comfort.
